My dad started John’s Refrigeration Heating and Cooling in 1970, and through him, I learned that what matters most in this business is how we serve our customers.

Dad’s business model put serving before selling products and services. What was true then is still true. Whether you call us for an air conditioner repair or service, or you are ready to replace your heating and air conditioning system, you will see the difference in how we take care of our customers.

Our Red Carpet Service starts the minute you call. A live representative will answer, no matter what time of day (or night). We offer Extended Service Hours, Monday through Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and just in case you need us, our Emergency Service is offered 24/7/365 (even on holidays).

Our team of professionally trained technicians are background checked, drug tested and North American Technician Excellence, or NATE, certified. Each adheres to the high standards of quality you deserve. All team members are clean cut, and will not smoke or swear around you or your family. They will arrive on time, in uniform and carry company identification. By the way, we never use subcontractors. For your peace of mind, we are fully licensed, bonded, insured and are an SRP certified contractor.

Before we start to work, we will put down floor protectors and tarps to protect your home’s furnishings. We will present to you options, with a quote to get the job completed (start to finish—nothing will be left out), and we will go over everything, so you can make an informed decision. After the work is done, we will clean up, leaving nothing behind.
