Super Suppers now delivers free to Northeast Mesa

super suppers delivers foodAre you too busy or too tired to fix a nice meal for the family? Do you have guests coming over and no time to shop or prepare dinner? Don’t panic. Just call Super Suppers of Gilbert, and owner Deb Krecek will come to your rescue.

“About three-fourths of my staff and I all live in Northeast Mesa,” said Deb, “and we will deliver our great meals out here between 4 to 6 p.m. at no extra charge, if we get the orders before noon.”

Deb provides healthy and delicious homemade frozen entrees, vegetable sides and desserts. Mouthwatering options include BBQ Herbed Flank Steak, Sesame Orange Shrimp with Rice, Lemon Tarragon White Fish and Grilled Pork Chops with Pineapple Chutney. Also on the menu are pastas, mac and cheese, turkey burgers and a wide variety of potato, rice and vegetable dishes. Chocolate Lava Divine Cake, fudge brownies and scones are among the decadent desserts.

“Serve a home-cooked meal in a fraction of the time with minimal clean up,” Deb said. “We have entrees you can cook from frozen to table in 20 to 30 minutes.”

Deb has owned her Super Suppers franchise, inside her Mrs. K’s Café and Boutique, at 884 W. Warner Road, for five years. Most customers living near or passing by her shop just stop in and pick up a Grab ’n Go selection from her freezer on their way home. But Deb realized it might be a bit far for those in the Northeast Mesa area to visit her. So, she and her staff now come to you.

“All our selections are made fresh in our onsite kitchen with local ingredients, less sodium and no preservatives or added oils,” said Deb. “Super Suppers has kitchen-tested more than 500 recipes for frozen entrees, sides and desserts proven to be nutritious and brimming with great taste. Our menu changes monthly, and we usually keep customer favorites like Parmesan Chicken with Creamy Sage Sauce, and our top-seller, Whole Green Beans with Almonds and Thyme. If you want something special, we can assemble it if we have the ingredients in stock, and we can make some entrees vegetarian, if we have advance notice.”

Deb started this business because of her love for food. “I think it’s important to get the family back to the dinner table instead of eating out of paper bags in the car,” Deb explained. “A lot of my customers don’t like to cook, but they don’t always want to go out to eat. It can be expensive,” she admits. “You can use the time you save not cooking and cleaning up, doing more fun things. Our selections are packaged in regular (two to three servings) and full (four to six servings) sizes, with prices averaging $3 to $4 per serving.”

According to Deb, most customers purchase a week’s or month’s worth of meals at a time.

For those following the hCG diet, Deb also offers pre-measured hCG selections at www.MrsKsCafe.com.

To make an order, simply go online to www.SuperSuppersGilbert.com, or call (480) 813-1600. Please deliver should be added to the comments box when ordering online. Deb is proud to be listed on HealthyDiningFinders.com, and she also is on Facebook.
