Stretch Zone Longbow Helps to Improve Range of Motion, Flexibility, and Athletic Performance

Stretch Zone Longbow in Mesa offers a one-ofa-kind assisted stretch practice to help everyone from the weekend golfer to the competitive athlete increase their range of motion, relieve stiffness and soreness, enhance performance, and even feel younger. The athlete-approved Stretch Zone was the first assisted stretching concept of its kind and utilizes a unique, patented method that goes beyond your typical at-home stretch by adjusting what’s known as your stretch reflex. This increases your active range of motion, which helps prevent injuries, decrease pain, and even slow down the aging process.

The Longbow location in Mesa is now under new ownership, with a new team that includes manager Marcelus Carlisle, who has a passion for sports and helping people stay active throughout their lives.

“Stretch Zone is a great tool for feeling great while staying active, whether you’re working out regularly, or love playing pickleball or golf,” said the new owner of the Longbow location, Charlie Elliott. “Proper stretching will improve your posture, benefit your circulation, and prepare you to enjoy the activities you love without pain or discomfort.”

“We have a great team in place, and we’re looking forward to building relationships in the community to help Mesa residents stay active while feeling their best,” said Charlie.

Each Stretch Zone practitioner is certified in-house through Stretch Zone’s national accreditation to ensure clients move more efficiently and effortlessly.

Even those who aren’t regularly engaging in sports or working can benefit from assisted stretching, helping to relieve tension in overworked, stressed muscles that come as a result of a sedentary lifestyle.

To begin their program, clients come to Stretch Zone for an initial session. From there, the team puts together a plan that typically includes four to 12 sessions per month. Sessions range from $40 to $55, with higher frequency packages being more inexpensive per session.

Stretch Zone offers three-month programs, and it also accepts payments through HSA and FSA. To try a free 30-minute session, visit the Stretch Zone website.

Stretch Zone Longbow is located at 3204 N. Recker Road, Suite 104, in Mesa. For more information, visit stretchzone.com/locations/ longbow or call (480) 590-1133.
