Save the Family Presents New Year’s Eve Celebration

new year's eveSave the Family Foundation of Arizona will host its annual Hearts of Gold Gala on New Year’s Eve, Saturday, Dec. 31, at Tempe Center for the Arts, from 7 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., with all proceeds benefitting homeless families in our community.

Mark your calendar, and get ready for the most glamorous New Year’s Eve party in the Valley. The evening will feature a red carpet entrance, dancing, live entertainment, casino-style gaming, fabulous food and lakeside fireworks shows. All 100 percent of the proceeds benefit Save the Family’s important work of empowering families to conquer homelessness and achieve lifelong independence.

The ticket price is $200 per person, with $100 of each ticket tax deductible. Contributions to Save the Family are eligible for the Arizona Working Poor Tax Credit. You must be 21 years of age or older to attend this event.

Ticket Features

  • Gourmet food, drinks and, of course, champagne.

  • Dancing to the sounds of Tréja Vu.

  • Fabulous casino, with Vegas-style gaming.

  • Fantastic lakeside view of the Tempe fireworks show.

  • Gourmet desserts, live entertainment, red carpet entrance, fabulous décor and more.

Raffle Prizes

  • Stunning cocktail ring, from Hamra Jewelers, valued at more than $2,000.

  • Live Like A Movie Star Beverly Hills Package, including beauty services at Neil George Salon; tickets to a Dr. Phil Show taping; a $500 shopping spree; two nights in a spectacular suite at the W Los Angeles; airfare; and more.

  • Apple iPad 2.

  • Orange County vacation, featuring a weekend at the Westin South Coast; four Disney passes; surf lessons for four; whale watching; and dining.

  • Health and Wellness Package, featuring a six-month membership to Mountainside Fitness Center; four personal training sessions; a heart scan and triple view scan, from Mountain Vista Medical Center; and a gift card to Lululemon.

More raffle prizes are being added every week. Raffle tickets are $10 each or six for $50. Only 3,000 raffle tickets will be sold.

Save the Family is a nationally accredited 501(c) (3) non-profit agency, serving the Greater Phoenix Metro area for more than 23 years. Founded in 1988, the agency is one of the largest providers of services to homeless families in the Valley.
