The Red Mountain Ranch Social Club is hosting its annual Garage Sale on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 7 and 8. Shoppers from around the area are welcome to explore the neighborhood and find great bargains!
Residents will find this the perfect way to kick off the holiday season by clearing out closets, decluttering garages, and turning unused items into cash, all while enjoying community fellowship.
Residents of Red Mountain Ranch, Shadow Canyon, and Summit Park can participate in our sale for a nominal participation fee of $15. This fee includes:
- HOA-approved Garage Sale Event (the ONLY one!)
- Banners at Red Mountain Ranch and Shadow Canyon Entrances
- Signs with QR-coded maps around the neighborhood
- Digital and Social Media Advertising
- Your home listed on Interactive Map (must be registered by Oct. 30 to be on the map)
- Extra Important – includes liability insurance coverage for you and your shoppers
