Red Mountain Family Chiropractic Welcomes Dr. Tyson Carter

RM Family Chiropractic doctorsRed Mountain Family Chiropractic welcomes Dr. Tyson Carter to the staff, joining Lynn Knuth, DC, and Joanne Feaster, NMD, in providing the Mesa community with holistic health care.
Dr. Carter decided to become a chiropractor in his early 20s, shortly after learning about a cousin who passed away from over-the-counter prescription drugs at 35 years old. He chose to pursue a career focusing on health, healing and wellness by taking proactive steps to better one’s life. Chiropractic just made sense to him, because a healthy spine and nervous system equals a very healthy body.
Dr. Carter started his education at Michigan State University, and received a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology. His major studies were focused in the area of exercise science/physiology. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in 2004. During his last year in school, Dr. Carter was part of a world wide mission trip serving the people of Fiji with chiropractic care over a period of three weeks.
After graduation, Dr. Carter worked in a large pediatric practice located in Grand Ledge, Mich. During this time, he became experienced in checking the health of pregnant women, infants and small children. He watched children recover quickly from everyday colds and witnessed improvements in breathing. He even monitored the social effect of a young child with autism. All of this was experienced through regular chiropractic care.
Dr. Carter is skilled with many low force adjusting techniques, including the activator, Logan Basic, Cox Flexion/Distraction, ArthroStim and Diversified (Palmer Package). He is certified through the state of Arizona, with a license to practice chiropractic and many therapy techniques designed to increase the quality of life.
Dr. Carter is a current member of the Cornerstone Christian Church and the Chiropractic Cancer Foundation for Children. He and his wife, Teri, are the parents of two young, active boys. An amazing fact about his children is they have never experienced an antibiotic, vaccine or other medication in their lives. If you would like more information, please let us know.
Red Mountain Family Chiropractic welcomes everyone to come and meet Dr. Carter to learn about how natural chiropractic care can improve their health and their lives.
Red Mountain Family Chiropractic is located on the northeast corner of Power and McDowell roads (next to Golden Spoon). For more information, call (480) 924-7632.
