MyTechspert Makes Technology Fantastic

by MyTechspert June 6, 2011
written by MyTechspert June 6, 2011

mytechspert tech supportLiving in a technological world, phones, TVs, cars, iPods, iPads, video games and, of course, computers make our life easier and more fun, but not all of us are tech savvy, and that’s where MyTechspert® comes in.

Founded by Mesa native, DeVal Johnson, MyTechspert takes tech support to the next level. Like other companies, MyTechspert offers tech support for basic computer operations, such as operating systems, hard drive repair and virus removal. MyTechspert also is the first of its kind to offer tech support to customers who need help with almost any type of technology at their homes or offices. The company’s slogan is If It’s On Your Computer, We Can Help. More recently, If You Plug It In, We Can Help. The latter slogan has brought in a few phone calls on toaster repairs (not covered by MyTechspert—yet.)

MyTechspert at your home can help with setting up your TVs, surround sound, iPods, PS3s, laptops, Wi-Fi, universal remotes—you name it. The company can set up everything for you and then show you how to use it. If you would like to learn how to do it yourself, MyTechspert will be more than happy to show you that, too!

The downturn in the economy has made many people look to either supplement their incomes or find a new line of work altogether. Sometimes, setting up a new business can be daunting and time consuming—especially when a small-business owner is the salesperson and the serviceperson.

MyTechspert can help with advice and training on accounting and other business-related software. The company also can help with recommendations and the implementation of office equipment sufficient for their business needs. In addition, MyTechspert can help with creating business cards, fliers, Web sites, Craigslist ads, Facebook pages and other social media.

Buying a new computer and going online is a lot of fun and still a new experience for many people. MyTechspert can help beginners by taking the scariness out of the computer. The company can explain all aspects of the computer, from booting to shutting down, from opening a new document to saving it.

If you ever need a tech person, MyTechspert has one to fit the bill. The company charges by the minute, so no problem is too small to handle. There are no minimums, no contracts and no problems too silly to solve.
