Local Handyman Welcomes Seasonal Residents Back to the Neighborhood

12781919_lRed Mountain Ranch resident Mike Leonard, of 480 Handyman Services, is happy to welcome seasonal residents back to the neighborhood.

Mike not only provides regular handyman services, but he also watches customers’ homes while they are away to make sure everything is running correctly. He flushes the toilets, runs the water, and makes sure there are no leaks.

“I want to thank those who allow me to take care of their homes,” he said.

For each home he watches, Mike also inspects for storm damage, giving residents peace of mind in knowing they will not be returning home to any unresolved destruction.

If there is any damage, he will contact the resident, send photos of the problem, and provide an estimate for any repairs.

Mike goes above and beyond to establish a relationship with his neighbors. “I look forward to working with my neighbors, and creating a trust for not only the year-round residents,” he said, “but also those part-time residents who will have the added security of knowing and trusting someone in the neighborhood is caring for their homes while they are away for the season.”

Mike, who founded his business 10 years ago in Upstate New York, has been a resident of Red Mountain Ranch for two years. “I work all over the neighborhood,” he said.

After watching others work on his home, and thinking he might be able to do the same work himself, Mike began his career as a handyman.

Eventually, he began remodeling kitchens, finishing basements, building decks, and doing repairs as a side business with a friend.

Today, Mike is open to doing just about any type of job, from washing windows, to repairing flooring. His favorite jobs include working on trim and painting.

“If I can’t do it, I’ll find you someone who can,” he said.

Mike offers quick response times and a variety of services. So, if you are in need of repairs, or help around the house, contact him for a free estimate.

Call or text Mike at (480) 226-3986. You also can send an email to 480Handyman@gmail.com, or visit www.480Handyman.com. Mike’s 480 Handyman Services is insured and registered with the State of Arizona.
