Local Café Sponsors Event to Support Injured Military and Their Families

by What’s Crackin’ Café April 30, 2018
written by What’s Crackin’ Café April 30, 2018

What’s Crackin Café is teaming up with the Free Wheel Foundation on Saturday, June 16, from 4 to 8 p.m., to celebrate the restaurant’s first year in our community by sponsoring an event to support injured military, veterans and their families.

What’s Crackin Evening to Support Recovering Warriors will take place in the cafe’s parking lot. The event will feature music, food, drinks and vendors. Those in attendance will have a chance to win silent and live auction items throughout the evening. They also will have the opportunity to engage with some of our warriors and their families on what recovery means to them.

Businesses in the community have the opportunity to support the Free Wheel Foundation by donating items for the auctions.

To donate tax-deductible auction items, send an email to Kendrab@freewheelfoundation.org.

What’s Crackin Café is located at 6663 E. McDowell Road, Suite 101. For more information, visit whatscrackincafe.com, or call (480) 264-6832.
