Flancer’s Cafe in Mesa is presenting the Lost Coast Brewery Summer of Love Beer and Dinner Pairing scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 10, at 6:30 p.m.

Courses and pairings are as follows:

First Course and Beer: Alley Cat Amber—Where there’s Smoke, There’s Fire. This course includes Smoked Shrimp Gazpacho, consisting of smoked shrimp, fire roasted plum tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and red onions in a fresh herb tomato sauce. Roasted Garlic Parmesan Crostini also is part of the fare.

Second Course and Beer: Great White Belgium Wheat. The Beer Pear-ing Salad consists of a spring mix, glazed pears, walnuts, feta cheese and grilled prickly pear chicken. This salad is served with a Wit beer pesto vinaigrette.

Third Course and Beer: Indica IPA. The Right Stuff Pork Loin consists of orange cranberry barbecue pork loin, filled with mushrooms, spinach and sage stuffing. This tasty course is served with caramelized onion-carrot and potato latkes and balsamic glazed green beans.

Fourth Course and Beer: Raspberry Brown. Little Red Riding Good is an offering of red velvet cup cakes with a dark chocolate stout cherry filling and cream cheese frosting garnished with orange zest.

A $35 fee ensures your participation in this exceptional beer and dinner pairing event. Sign up at Flancer’s Mesa location at 1902 N. Higley Road.
