October is getting off to a cool start with The Patio & Grille, offering nightly live entertainment on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Dining is open with 50 percent capacity, following all CDC guidelines.
Special discounts are available for curbside delivery take-out items as well as during Happy Hour from 3 to 6 p.m. daily. Weekly specials also add to the Sunday Football fun.
Virtual Wine Tasting
A Virtual Wine Tasting, featuring wines from the French Burgundy region, is set for a Zoom event Thursday, Oct. 15,
at 6:30 p.m. Wine specialist Rebecca Thompson from Henriot USA will be leading the interactive wine tasting, and tasters’ comments and questions will be welcomed.
Participants can sign up and pick up their bottles of wine at Las Sendas Golf Club before the tasting event. Cost is $90 for three selections or $155 for four. Gourmet cheese boards will also be available for purchase.

What Are You Doing for Thanksgiving?
Our chefs are only asking because it’s already October and summer has flown by, which means that Thanksgiving is right around the corner.
This year we are expanding our already successful turkey take-out meal by offering an additional feature. Our same great menu with all the fixings will now be offered as an uncooked, oven-ready option prepared to be picked up the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and ready to be cooked on Thanksgiving Day. Why fight through the lines at the grocery store when you can have us do most of the work for you?
The turkey, stuffing, gravy, yams, and green beans all come deliciously seasoned in oven-ready containers. The fresh salads are prepared with dressings on the side. You will have to cook your own mashed potatoes, but potatoes and seasonings are included.
If you are not experienced in the kitchen or just don’t want to do the work, you can still pre-order the same great ready-to-eat, take-out turkey dinner available to pick up on Thanksgiving morning.
