Enjoy this unique candy recipe during the holidays

Santa’s Snowy Snacks

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 7 cups rice cereal or corn Chex cereal
  • Powdered sugar
  • Red and green candy

In a large microwave safe bowl:

Melt peanut butter and butter together in microwave, heating for 20 seconds at a time, and stirring in between intervals. Add chocolate chips, and stir until melted. Add vanilla, and stir. Add cereal, and stir until it is all covered with the chocolate mixture. Spoon half of it into a gallon size plastic bag, and toss with 1/2 cup powdered sugar, or more as needed to cover all the cereal. Toss until it’s all snowy, and toss with red and green holiday candies.
