Easter Coconut Nests
- 2 cups marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 14-ounce bag of coconut
- Egg-shaped candies
Melt marshmallows, butter and butterscotch chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring to combine. Add coconut and stir. Spoon out tablespoons onto parchment paper, and form into nest shapes. Add egg candies of your choice, and chill to make firm. Enjoy!
