Conference and Expo Features Healthy Living Through Natural Solutions

Sage Herb TherapyThe third annual AZ Whole-istic Living Conference and Expo is coming to the Windemere Hotel and Conference Center, in Mesa, on Saturday, April 26.

There will be 70 vendor booths, featuring essential oils, massage therapy, anti-aging products, meditation, healthy meal replacements, energy medicine and much, much more. Vendor booths will be located in the pristine ballroom and in the beautiful lush outdoor courtyard of the Windemere. Booths will open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and are free to the public.

Camille Smith, Wendi Jensen and Penny Hansen founded the conference. The goal of the event is to Learn, Connect, Heal. Come out and connect with individuals and companies dedicated to supporting healthful living through natural solutions. Learn about therapies, services and products, which can help you and your family to heal and live a healthy, balanced lifestyle. The emphasis is on learning.

The event will feature 17 expert speakers giving classes on the following topics:

  • Eating Whole Foods – Jane Birch
  • Peaceful and Loving Heart—Peaceful and Loving Mind – Glenda Horning
  • The Victim Addiction – Victoria Carlyle

  • Playful Approach to Emotional Health – Pam Robinson
  • Kundalini Yoga Meditation – Felice Austin
  • Yes and No in the Body – Jacqueline Freeman
  • Freedom and Power of Personal Responsibility – Sherri Red
  • Accessing the Physician Within – Ramona Kleespies
  • How You Do Money, is How You Do Everything – Jennifer Johnson
  • Understanding and Preventing Disease Through a Plant-Based Lifestyle – Andrea Lambert
  • Finding Happy! Seven Steps to Master Mind and Mood – Wendi Jensen
  • Chronic Pain – Dr. Brett Brimhall
  • Natural Solutions to Mental Illness and Mood Disorder – Autumn Stringham
  • Health Benefits of Tai Chi – Michael Sanders

Each conference attendee will have the opportunity to choose four of these amazing classes, as well as have access to the 70 vendor booths throughout the day.

Early bird tickets are on sale now for $50 each, or the Bring A Friend special buys you two tickets for $90. Both of these deals include a healthy lunch, but this discounted price is available for a limited time only. Tickets also will be on sale the day of the event, at the door for $75.
