Church Hosts Annual Women’s Ministry Christmas Dinner

by UpClose Publications December 31, 2012
written by UpClose Publications December 31, 2012

For nearly two decades, an all-volunteer group from Red Mountain Community Church have come together to stage the annual Women’s Ministry Christmas Dinner event at the beginning of the Christmas season.

Several hundred enthusiastic women attended this year, enjoying beautifully festive table settings, each unique to a volunteer hostess. The evening featured an inspired speech by Ginger Barrett, from Church of Celebration, Maricopa. Other highlights included vocalists, theatrical skits and a three-course dinner.

This outreach occasion helps the community celebrate the true meaning of Christmas.

Red Mountain Community Church offers year round programs and study groups.

For more information, visit the Web site at www.rmcchurch.org or call (480) 807-5868. The church is located at 6101 E. Virginia St.
