Chuck’s Butcher Block Meats Opens in Northeast Mesa Offers 45 Years of Experience

After 45 years as a butcher in grocery stores across the country, Chuck McClure opened Chuck’s Butcher Block Meats in Mesa, offering top-quality meats, great customer service and extensive experience.

“I’ve spent my entire life in the meat department of the grocery business, and I had enough of the corporate world and just wanted to get out and do it on my own,” said Chuck.

Customers can look forward to a wider range of products expertly cut by Chuck, who has spent more than four decades perfecting his craft, and who promises that he’ll special order anything — from alligator to zebra.

“We’re striving to offer the very best product available with great customer service and at a fair price. It’s a true family run business trying to be the best we can be.”

The shop carries USDA prime beef, natural chicken, locally made sausage and freshly made dog food, to name a few. Customers will also enjoy Chuck’s Butcher Block sauces and marinades, as well as locally made rubs and sauces.

After working in Mesa for 12 years, Chuck knew he wanted to bring his expertise to this area, and he has received massive support since the grand opening last month.
