A Loving Family, Thriving Business and Giving to the Community Make Life Good

by John Karadsheh June 30, 2017
written by John Karadsheh June 30, 2017

Why do we love what we do? It is simple… because we believe that helping others is the key to living a happy life.

It may sound silly, but Natascha and I had the amazing chance to find each other and fall in love… we think this was pretty amazing. We have been lucky enough to build a life, build a family, build a house and build a business. And through the flurry of it all, our home has been our haven. We have celebrated, cooked, worked, laughed and cried around the table. Our house has been as lively as a restaurant on one day, and the quiet refuge we all need the next. Our home is more than a shelter… it is our life.

Because we understand the importance of a home, we also understand that a real estate transaction is more than only a business deal. It also is about building a life, navigating a transition, and investing in the future. We love our work because we know just how important it is to help our clients find that perfect space and move to the next step on their journey.

We bring to our clients our love of the business and our years of professional expertise. Whether working with buyers, sellers or investors, we have the experience and resources to guide and advocate for our clients each step of the way.

The creation of KOR Properties also gave us a way to build the community around us. Through our creation of Mesa Food Truck Fridays, in partnership with the Las Sendas Homeowners Association, we found a great way to invest in Mesa. We are excited to be heading into our third season, and feel that underwriting this event has supported property values in our community and drawn more buyers to our area. In addition, Natascha and I serve on professional and civic boards in our community because giving back to the community is simply the right thing to do. (Check out our website KORproperties.com for information on our Christmas in July toy drive.)

Together, we bring different strengths and perspectives to each real estate experience—providing our clients comprehensive service and a fun real estate experience. We are partners in business and in life, and that is just the life we always wanted.

John Karadsheh is the Designated Broker for KOR Properties. He has been a Multi-Million Dollar producing agent for more than 15 years, and is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). In 2014, John was voted the No. 1 Real Estate Agent in Arizona by Ranking Arizona. You can reach John at (480) 568-8684, or visit his website at KORproperties.com. KOR Properties is a boutique real estate brokerage serving the Valley of the Sun and the creator and founding sponsor of Mesa Food Truck Fridays.
