The drive-through experience allows visitors to observe a variety of animals in their natural habitats from the comfort of their vehicles. As your car rolls along the well-maintained paths, the sense of excitement builds. Black bears can be seen strolling through the forest, their presence as a reminder of nature’s animal kingdom. Gray and white wolves also move gracefully through the forest in silence, with piercing eyes that just might glance curiously toward your moving vehicle. Elk and deer make appearances on your course too; their quiet beauty can be enjoyed as they graze among the forest grasses and trees. And a true highlight awaits with the bison herd – majestic and shaggy-coated; these huge creatures bring to life the spirit of the American frontier.
THE WALK-THROUGH ADVENTURE
After the drive-through portion, you can continue exploring a walk-through section of the wildlife park with an equally engaging experience. This area of the park is more interactive, with exhibits designed to educate and entertain you. Here, you’ll experience the habitats where smaller animals such as foxes, birds, and porcupines live.
The park’s jaguar exhibit is a visitor favorite. Watching the confident movement of this feline can be mesmerizing. On a more good-humored side, the otter habitat presents a sense of fun. Have your camera ready as otters glide through the water playfully, unbothered by onlookers.
